What to Expect This Week ✨

Below is a quick guide to help you know what’s normal during healing and when to reach out to us.
Healing Timeline – What to Expect
- Day 1–2: Mild swelling, redness, or tenderness at injection sites. Bruises may appear.
- Days 3–5: Swelling and bruising may peak, then begin to improve. You may feel firmness, lumps, or bumps in treated areas – this is normal.
- Days 7–14: Bruising and swelling continue to fade. Filler is beginning to soften and integrate into the tissue.
- 4 Weeks: Final results are visible. A follow-up visit may be scheduled to ensure best outcomes.
What’s NORMAL:
✔ Swelling, redness, and bruising
✔ Tenderness at injection sites
✔ Small lumps
When to Contact Us Immediately 🚨
Please call our office on 303-222-9546 right away if you notice:
ABNORMAL SYMPTOMS
Severe or worsening pain
White or blotchy patches on the skin
Sudden swelling or bruising beyond expected
Aftercare Reminders
- Avoid massaging or pressing on treated areas unless instructed.
- Skip strenuous exercise, alcohol, and excessive heat (sauna, hot yoga) for 24–48 hours.
- Use a cool compress to help with swelling.
- Tylenol is best for discomfort.
