Yes, changes to your membership tier can be made at the time of renewal. Please contact us 30 days before your membership renewal date to make any adjustments.
If you miss the notice period, your membership will automatically renew for another year. You may contact us immediately to discuss any post-renewal concerns.
Loyalty points must be redeemed within the timeframe specified in your membership tier. Unused points will expire and cannot be rolled over to the next year.
Membership benefits are exclusive to the signed-up member and are not transferable.
